Getting to Polestar Los Angeles in North Hills: Directions from the Westside, Downtown, and the Valley

Polestar Los Angeles is now inside the Galpin Volvo Flagship store at 8333 Sepulveda Blvd in North Hills. Where exactly are we now?

Our address is 8333 Sepulveda Blvd, North Hills, CA 91343, near the corner of Sepulveda and Roscoe Blvd. We share the Galpin Volvo Flagship store, part of the Galpin Motors family, so that's the building you're looking for. If you visited us at the old Beverly Hills location, update the address saved in your phone before you head out. Our new location page has the details on the move.

Sales is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Service is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed on weekends.

How do I get here from the Westside?

Take the 405 north through the Sepulveda Pass and past the 101 interchange in Sherman Oaks. Keep going north across the Valley and exit at Roscoe Blvd. Head east on Roscoe for a short stretch to Sepulveda Blvd and you're here. The pass is the part that eats time, so give yourself some cushion at rush hour.

What's the best route from Downtown or Hollywood?

Take the 101 north through the Cahuenga Pass. When you reach the Hollywood Split in North Hollywood, you've got two good options:

• Stay on the freeway as it becomes the 170 north. Exit at Roscoe Blvd and head west on Roscoe to Sepulveda.
• Follow the 101 west toward Sherman Oaks, pick up the 405 north, and exit at Roscoe Blvd.

Which one is faster really depends on the day. Check your map app before you leave.

What about the rest of the Valley?

Coming from Encino, Woodland Hills or anywhere along the 101 west of us, take the 101 to the 405 north and exit at Roscoe Blvd.

From the north Valley or Simi Valley, the 118 runs across the top of the Valley and meets the 405 in Mission Hills. Take the 405 south, exit at Roscoe Blvd and head east to Sepulveda. If you're on the east end of the 118, the Sepulveda Blvd exit works too. Just take Sepulveda south to us.

Where do I park and check in?

Look for the Galpin Volvo Flagship building. That's where you'll find the Polestar team. Park in customer parking, head inside and let the first team member you see know you're there for Polestar. If you booked a test drive online, give them your name.

Here for service? Service runs Monday through Friday, so plan on a weekday, and mention you're dropping off a Polestar when you check in. Book your service visit ahead so the team knows you're coming.

What should I bring for a test drive?

Keep it simple:

• Your valid driver's license. You'll need it to get behind the wheel.
• Your phone, if you want to see how it connects with the car.
• An idea of which model you want to drive.
